It looks like the same applies to him as he reverses his stance on Clinton's foreign policy experience, saying during the primaries that she has none and now praising her ability when announcing her as his Secretary of State. I guess the change he was talking about is flipping on everything he said during the election and doing the opposite of the promises he made.
